After returning from America, Max Allenspach founded his own company in Switzerland in 1973. His profound knowledge and experience in thermal plant engineering allowed the company to grow harmoniously. In 1995 the sole proprietorship was transformed into Apparatebau Allenspach AG.
In 1995, with the transformation into a joint stock company, Max Allenspach started looking for a competent partner, which he found in Josef Stutz. In 2001, Josef Stutz became managing director and co-shareholder of the company Apparatebau Allenspach AG.
After the death of Max Allenspach in 2002, Josef Stutz continues to run Apparatebau Allenspach AG in the spirit of the founder.
As a result of a management buyout, 100 % of the shares are now in the hands of Apparatebau Allenspach AG executives.
Apparatebau Allenspach AG employs a total of 20 to 25 people.
