Our speciality is the cleaning of polluted exhaust air from industrial processes and plants. The spectrum of our offerings ranges from standard components and modules to complex solutions. Our systems reliably destroy the pollutants in the exhaust air.

We plan, produce and integrate highly efficient exhaust air purification systems. This for all processes that emit environmentally harmful pollutants and have to comply with officially specified limits.

The focus here, is on an energetically favourable design. The aim is to thermally oxidize the pollutants without adding fossil fuels. The thermal excess energy is profitably recovered and guided back into the process.

Thermische_Nachverbrennung

Thermal Oxidizers, TO

Thermal oxidizers are suitable for highly loaded exhaust air volume flows. The process is also used for heavily polluted exhaust air or for exhaust air flows with a high water or silicate content.

Katalytische Nachverbrennung

Catalytic thermal oxidizers, CTO

Catalytic thermal oxidizers are characterised by high flexibility with regard to volume and load fluctuations. They have low energy consumption, due to low reaction temperatures. So-called catalyst poisons can reduce the effectiveness of the CTO. The process is therefore unsuitable for exhaust gases containing heavy metals, silicates, sulphur or fluorine.

Regenerative thermal oxidizers, RTO

Low maintenance, low energy consumption and a long service life are the distinguishing features of regenerative post-combustion. Today, the RNV is the most widely used solution for thermal exhaust air treatment.

VOC Konzentrator

VOC concentrator

In the case of exhaust air flows with low VOC loadings, a concentrator is installed upstream the subsequent thermal cleaning. This reduces the exhaust air flow to be treated and simultaneously increases the concentration. Thus, exhaust air flows from 0.4 gr/VOC/m3 can already be autothermally disposed.
